Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Go to Profile in the App, then tap "Delete Account". This will permanently and irreversibly delete all your data, including assets, debts, valuation histories, and connected bank accounts. Please cancel your subscription first to avoid continued billing. If you only have a web account, email us at support@getwealthly.co.uk and we'll process the deletion within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.

Property valuations are estimates based on Land Registry data and the House Price Index. They reflect regional price movements for your property type since the last recorded sale. They are not formal valuations — actual values may differ due to property condition, extensions, renovations, and local market factors. You can always override the estimated value with your own.
Vehicle valuations use the DVLA to identify your car and apply a depreciation model to the manufacturer's list price. They provide a reasonable estimate but are not formal valuations. For an exact figure, services like CAP HPI or a professional valuation would be more precise.
Yes. Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest and in transit. Firestore Security Rules ensure users can only access their own data. All server-side API calls are authenticated with Firebase Auth tokens. Biometric data (Face ID / Touch ID) never leaves your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
No. Wealthly provides general financial information and guidance only. All projections, forecasts, and valuations are illustrative and based on assumptions. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions. For full details, see our Terms of Service.
Email us at support@getwealthly.co.uk or our ICO-registered data protection contact james@templarsystems.com with your request. We will respond within one month as required by UK GDPR. You can also delete all your data directly through the App at any time.
